Preamble
The following online sales terms govern all transactions established through Branding Todify's platform. Any transaction processed through this platform assumes the unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions by the customer.
Purpose
These terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales made via Branding Todify’s platform.
Sales
The customer connects to Branding Todify's platform and selects the items they wish to buy. Upon selecting items, the customer fills in their identity information, accepts the terms, and clicks on the "Pay" button. The customer is then redirected to the Payzone online secure payment platform, where they enter their payment information and validate the payment.
Payment Methods
To pay online by credit card, the customer must enter their payment card credentials on the secure payment page. Upon acceptance of the transaction by the bank, the debit is processed on the working day following the transaction confirmation.
Online payment by credit card is secured by Payzone, providing a fully secure payment service.
The customer guarantees Branding Todify's platform that they have sufficient funds required when using the selected payment method.
When paying by credit card, the conditions of this payment method contained in the agreements between the customer and their issuer bank, and between Branding Todify's platform and its bank, are applied.
Data Privacy
The information requested from the customer during online payment is required to process the online transaction. It is treated confidentially.
The customer has the right to consult or rectify their personal data by sending a request via email to [email protected].
Proof of Payment
The data stored on the Payzone online platform for the account of Branding Todify's platform serves as proof of payment for the online transaction made by the customer.

Payment Terms
Payments are processed via Payzone, ensuring a secure transaction process. Branding Todify does not store any banking information of its customers.
Delivery
Branding Todify offers local delivery through trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery times vary based on location but generally range between 3-7 working days.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before processing begins. If an order has already been processed and sent to fulfillment, cancellation may not be possible.
Right of Withdrawal
As products are custom-made on demand, returns and refunds are not available unless the product is defective or does not match the order.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the case of:
- Defective or damaged products upon delivery
- Incorrect products sent due to a processing error
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product, with supporting photos sent to [email protected].
Applicable Law in Case of Dispute
These terms and conditions are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Casablanca.
