Todify Refund Policy
All products at Todify are custom-made based on your specific order. Therefore, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges if you or your customer mistakenly select the wrong size/color, or provide incorrect shipping details. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your order details.
However, refunds can be requested under specific conditions based on the order status:

Draft / Store Draft Order, In Review, or Client Confirmation:

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund immediately.

In Progress:

You may request cancellation and receive a full refund as long as production hasn't started.

Printing:

Since production has started, the cost of the products will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Awaiting Shipment, Shipped, Refused by Client, Shipping Failed, Returned, or In Stock:

No refunds are provided unless the product delivered is defective, incorrect or damaged.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items:
- If your client receives a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide clear photographic evidence highlighting the issue. We will produce and ship a new corrected product to your client.
How to Request an Exchange:

Contact support via WhatsApp, open a ticket, or call your account manager to inform them of your client's issue and provide clear photographic evidence highlighting the issue.
