Todify Refund Policy

All products at Todify are custom-made based on your specific order. Therefore, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges if you or your customer mistakenly select the wrong size/color, or provide incorrect shipping details. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your order details.

However, refunds can be requested under specific conditions based on the order status:

  • Draft / Store Draft Order, In Review, or Client Confirmation:

    • You can cancel your order and receive a full refund immediately.

  • In Progress:

    • You may request cancellation and receive a full refund as long as production hasn't started.

  • Printing:

    • Since production has started, the cost of the products will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

  • Awaiting Shipment, Shipped, Refused by Client, Shipping Failed, Returned, or In Stock:

    • No refunds are provided unless the product delivered is defective, incorrect or damaged.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items:

  • If your client receives a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide clear photographic evidence highlighting the issue. We will produce and ship a new corrected product to your client.

How to Request an Exchange:

  • Contact support via WhatsApp, open a ticket, or call your account manager to inform them of your client's issue and provide clear photographic evidence highlighting the issue.
