At Todify, we want to make it easy for you to manage your returned items. Here’s how we handle items returned to our warehouse:
How Long We Hold Returned Items
- We will keep returned items in our warehouse for up to 180 days (6 months).
- During this time, the item still belongs to you, and you can choose what to do with it.
Your Options for Returned Items

Resell the Item:
- The item can stay in our warehouse and be resold to your customers.

Request the Item Back:
- You can ask us to send the item back to you. You’ll need to pay for the shipping.

Item Disposed or Recycled:
- If the item is not claimed or resold after 180 days:
- We may discard, recycle, or donate it.
- If the item is not claimed or resold after 180 days:
Important Information
- Act Before 180 Days: If no action is taken within 180 days, you will lose ownership of the item, and we will decide what to do with it.
- Your Responsibility: It’s up to you to keep track of your returned items and let us know what you want to do before the holding period ends.
