My Returns — Warehouse Holding & Next Steps
At Todify, we want managing returned items to be simple and transparent. This page explains how long we hold returns, what you can do with them, and what happens if no action is taken.
How Long We Hold Returned Items
- We keep returned items in our warehouse for up to 180 days (6 months).
- During this time, the item still belongs to you.
- You can decide to resell it, get it back, or choose another option listed below.
Tip: set yourself a reminder before day 150 so you never miss the window.
Your Options for Returned Items
1) Resell from Our Warehouse
Keep the item stored and make it available for resale to your next customer (same size/color). This is the fastest route to recover value.
- We ship it as soon as you get a new order.
- You see status in your dashboard like any other order.
2) Request the Item Back
Ask us to send the item to you at any time during the 180 days.
- You cover the outbound shipping cost.
- We’ll provide the tracking once dispatched.
3) End-of-Window Options (after 180 days or on request)
If an item is not claimed or resold after 180 days, ownership can transfer to Todify and one of the following may occur:
- Recycle the materials when possible.
- Donate to a local association when appropriate.
- Gift as part of community initiatives.
- Clearance resell (e.g., liquidation) where applicable.
- Responsible disposal if none of the above is suitable.
Note: Custom-printed items are typically not reusable for other customers; that’s why action during the 180-day window is important.
Important Information
- Act before 180 days: If no action is taken, you may lose ownership and Todify will decide the final handling.
- Your responsibility: Please monitor your My Returns list and submit your choice in time.
Fees & Credits Summary
- Return handling fee: 5 DH (covers processing upon return to warehouse).
- Shipping fees: Refunded to you when a parcel returns (per your existing policy); outbound shipping applies if you request the item back.
- Storage: Included during the 180-day window.
How to Choose an Option
- Open your dashboard and go to My Returns.
- Select the item and choose: Resell, Request Back..
- Confirm your choice. If you picked Request Back, complete shipping details and payment.

In general, no. The 180-day limit keeps storage fair and costs predictable. Please act before the deadline.
Can I change my choice later?
Yes, as long as the item is still within the 180-day window and hasn’t already been shipped or processed.
Who pays for shipping when I request an item back?
You cover the outbound shipping to your address. We’ll share tracking as soon as it’s dispatched.
What happens if I do nothing?
After 180 days, ownership can transfer to Todify and the item may be recycled, donated, gifted, resold as clearance, or responsibly disposed of.
